Berry Christmas fudge

A quick microwave fudge with a swirl of berry preserves running through it.

You'll need

• 2 cups white chocolate chips
• 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
• ⅓ cup raspberry or strawberry preserves

How to make it

1. Microwave the white chocolate chips and condensed milk in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
2. Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
3. Dot the preserves over the top and swirl with a knife.
4. Chill until firm, about 2 hours, then cut into squares.
