Almond coconut Christmas balls

A simple no-bake candy that keeps well in the fridge for gifting throughout the season.

You'll need

• 2 cups shredded coconut
• 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
• ½ cup chopped almonds
• 1 tsp. almond extract

How to make them

1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
2. Chill the mixture for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
3. Roll into small balls and place on parchment paper.
4. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
